Site Pricing:
While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.
 
Quote Pricing:
Quote Pricing is valid for 30 days.  Prices are subject to change.  Prices may be affected by suppliers and/or service costs. 

Payment Terms:
All orders require at least a 50% deposit at time of quote approval.  Orders will not go to production with out a paid deposit. Qualifying orders are granted Net 30 day payment terms for balance, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company’s reasonable attorney’s fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.  Any checks submitted for payment of our invoice(s) which are returned for insufficient funds will result in a charge of $50.00 to the entity to whom we issued the subject invoice(s). Major credit cards are accepted as well.

Sales Tax
TPS Promos is required to collect applicable sales tax in New Jersey.  If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you use promotional products for resale, we need a copy of your resale certificate.

Artwork:
Preferred Formats
The preferred format for your artwork is original vector art saved in EPS format with all designs and fonts turned to outlines.
Adobe Illustrator (file extension .ai or .eps) and  Adobe Photoshop (file extension .eps) are ideal.

File Types That May Be Acceptable
If you do not have the preferred format, it may be created for you from the formats listed here.
Jpegs (.jpg), Pdfs (.pdf), Bitmaps (.bmp), Tiffs (.tif), PNG (.png) may be acceptable for One Color imprints provided they are at the same size or larger than the desired imprint size. They must be at 300 dpi resolution or higher. If artwork services are needed 

Artwork services
If you do not have artwork please inquire about our graphic design services, as we have several options available to assist you in creating a logo for your brand. Design services for converting existing artwork to vector art are billed at $45 an hour

Special Color Matches - PMS Matches
PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System. These are numbered swatches similar to paint chips. Art departments and manufacturers worldwide work from these PMS numbers. Since we are printing on many different types of surfaces and surface colors (black, blue, yellow, orange, etc.) exact PMS matches are not guaranteed. Most of our factories charge for PMS matches. Please inquire for charges on the item(s) you are ordering.
  
Virtual or Paper Proofs
A proof will be prepared for your review.  It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to carefully review proofs for errors such as spelling, grammar, punctuation and layout.  Every effort will be made to insure that no errors are made but, once final approval is given, corrections will be made at the buyers expense.

Product Proofs
Actual product with your requested imprint, can be supplied for your approval before production. Product proofs usually cost about $50.00 plus the costs of the item, set up charges, PMS matches and shipping. Additional production time is generally between two to ten working days.
 
Rush Service
Rush services are available for most products.  If you need a product sooner than the normal turnaround time please let us know and we can advise you of any additional charges and priority shipping rates, if required.

Shipping Prices & Delays:
We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping charges. From time to time, we may underestimate the shipping charges on your order. In such event we may make reasonable adjustments to your shipping charges. You always have the option to provide us with a shipping account number (a small handling charge may apply).

TPS Promotional Products shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship dates for your order(s) are based on the representations of the factory where your merchandise is produced. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the merchandise purchased if merchandise is not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.
 
Cancellation or Changes to Existing Orders:
Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. TPS Promos will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgment, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise Consistency:
While we are very careful about the suppliers and manufacturers we use, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and a natural result of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place and order with TPS Promos, you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging. The most common example of this is apparel dye-lots. Samples are available for most products

Claims, Adjustments & Returns
Should you have any problems with your order, please contact your TPS Promos within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. We will do our best to assist you in resolving your claim if your order has not been produced as requested or is defective in manufacture. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier
